The origins of our lungo coffee lie in the combination of Brazilian and Colombian beans, specifically bourbon beans from Brazil and washed Arabica beans from Colombia.
ROASTING
To preserve its unique flavor profile, the Brazilian beans are lightly to medium roasted, maintaining their soft texture and distinct malty notes. Meanwhile, the Colombian beans are briefly roasted to unlock their nuanced flavors.
