This blend begins with a balanced foundation of Natural Arabicas from the Brazilian plateaus, complemented by a subtle touch of Robusta for a lightly woody undertone. The outline of this blend is provided by Arabicas from southeast Mexico, which contribute fine aromatics. The region benefits from a unique terroir: Volcanic soils rich in nutrients are exposed to rainfall and shaded by forests, creating an ideal environment for the coffee trees.
