We aimed to pay tribute to this unique heritage by creating the Ispirazione Venezia. To do so, our experts began with Brazilian Arabica, a significant import of Italy's coffee industry, and then blended it with high-quality Arabicas from Colombia for its distinctive malty and fruity profile that develops nicely during roasting. The blend is finalized with a hint of African washed Robusta to add an extra layer of flavor, resulting in a delicate and well-rounded cup true to the Venetian tradition.

This northern trade city excels not only in blending but also in roasting coffee. Roasting techniques tend to be lighter in the north, which is why we gave Ispirazione Venezia a medium roast that strikes a balance between the lighter roasts found in the north and the darker ones in the south. This results in a rounded mouthfeel, mellowed acidity, and just a hint of bitterness.
