M&S sicilian lemon &white chocolate cookies

All-butter cookies are combined with Belgian white chocolate chunks and infused with the distinct flavor of candied Sicilian lemon peel, along with a hint of lemon extract. For optimal preservation, store these cookies in a cool, dry environment. Each pack contains eight cookies.

The ingredients include wheat flour, which contains gluten, along with other additives such as calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, and thiamin. Belgian white chocolate chunks (31%) are made from a combination of sugar, dried whole milk, cocoa butter, dried skimmed milk, soya lecithin, and flavouring. The cookies also contain 17% butter, which is comprised of butter from milk and salt. Other ingredients include sugar, rolled oats, candied lemon peel (2.5%), raising agents E503 and E450, sodium bicarbonate, sicilian lemon extract, and salt. White chocolate contains a minimum of 23% milk solids.
