The device can be turned on by pressing and holding the function button for more than 3 seconds when it is powered off. To turn the phone off using the bracelet, access the Bluetooth address interface and press and hold the 2-second wrist switch. Short-pressing this switch will exit the shutdown page. The bracelet has a reset device feature that clears all data stored on it, including step counts. To light up the screen, simply touch the function key while in the power-on state. If you're already viewing the default clock page, short-pressing the function key will allow you to switch between different pages. In case of no operation for five seconds, the device defaults back to its previous mode. The heart rate and blood pressure monitoring features can be accessed by switching to the three-in-one interface on the screen. After a 60-second period of inactivity, this interface automatically turns off. To use these features, you must have bracelet hardware that supports them. The smart watch offers several functionalities, including a clock interface, step counting, distance tracking, calorie burn monitoring, and various multi-mode functions such as running, skipping rope, sit-up, sleep mode, and information mode. APP settings and functions include: 1) personal information management (age, height, weight), which must be set after entering the app; 2) push notifications for incoming calls, SMS, other reminders (such as WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp), alarm settings, remote photography, sedentary reminders, hand-raised brightness adjustment, do not disturb mode, device reset, and removal.
